Upcoming Class! Salesperson (75 Hours)
This 75 hour course fulfills the educational requirement for NYS Salesperson licensing. Successful completion of the course requires at least 90% attendance and passing the final exam. Topics include: License Law, Law of Agency, Legal Issues, Contracts, Finance, Human Rights and Fair Housing, Valuation, Construction and Environmental Issues, Commercial and Investment Properties, Property Management and more.
