Real Estate Marketing Practices to Enhance Safety with Fair Housing

This course is designed to help you understand how real estate policies and procedures, when followed carefully, can reduce your exposure, and that of your clients by showing you how to avoid the risks associated with the current marketplace. Policies and procedures are developed to limit the chance of broker and agent liability, and to reduce the potential for personal injury and property loss on the part of agents, brokers, buyers and sellers. This is not a self-defense course, but serves to raise awareness of the risks involved in marketing real estate and how to eliminate or reduce those risks. This course meets the Fair Housing requirement.
