Course Completion Requirements

NY Real Estate and Assessors:

  • The Student must complete every section/module of the course, all quizzes/lesson tests in the course, and the final exam (if any).
  • Upon course completion The Student must FAX a completed and signed affidavit to Manfred Real Estate Learning Center at 518-489-5499.
  • Upon receipt of the signed affidavit, a certificate of completion will be issued to The Student and a report will be sent to the Department of State.
  • Renewal package certificate(s) of completion will be issued after all courses are completed and affidavit is submitted via FAX.
  • Certificates of completion will be mailed within 7-10 business days of receipt of affidavit.

New York Appraisal:

  • The Student must complete every section/module of the course, all quizzes/lesson tests in the course.
  • The Manfred Real Estate Learning Center will confirm the completion of the course using administrative software.
  • Upon confirmation of course completion a certificate of completion will be issued within 7-10 business days for all single course orders
  • Renewal package completion certificates will be mailed within 7-10 business days from the date of the last completed course.

 

New Jersey Appraisal:

  • Upon completion of the course, the New Jersey State Board of Real Estate Appraisers renewal form “Uniform Request for Continuing Education Credit” will present itself and The Student will be instructed to print and save for their records.
