- The Student
must complete every section/module of the course, all quizzes/lesson
tests in the course, and the final exam (if any).
- Upon course
completion The Student must FAX a completed and signed affidavit to
Manfred Real Estate Learning Center at 518-489-5499.
- Upon receipt
of the signed affidavit, a certificate of completion will be issued to
The Student and a report will be sent to the Department of State.
- Renewal
package certificate(s) of completion will be issued after all courses
are completed and affidavit is submitted via FAX.
- Certificates
of completion will be mailed within 7-10 business days of receipt of
affidavit.
