Nancy Bower is a NYS Certified Residential Appraiser who owns and operates her own Appraisal Company. Nancy entered the RE industry in 1978 as a sales agent and became a full-time appraiser in 1991. She has appraised properties in 18 counties in NY. Nancy is a member of the NYS and National Association of REALTORS.
