REFUND POLICY

If we cancel a class we will refund your money or apply a credit to your next class.

If you, the student, cancel at least four business days before a class begins, we will either refund your deposit money or allow a credit for one year, subject to an administrative fee of $20.

If you do not show up and do not call, you forfeit your payment.

Credits must be used within two years of issuance.

Refunds can be issued in two ways, either by credit card refund or by check.

If the initial payment was made by credit card, the refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon request of the refund, if approvable within the refund policy.

Payments made by check will be refunded after the check had "cleared" the bank and the refund is approvable under the refund policy.
